Travel back to 1956 in this 36-foot Spartan Royal Manor is all original. High-speed WiFi. Located in a micro resort, Hot Tub, Pool, and Dog park are shared. This a vintage experience for adventure seekers only, please. We are located 4 miles from Rockport Beach and fine fresh seafood dining. All well-behaved pets are welcome here.

Good to know

New refrigerator, sadly no one appreciated the (noisy) original 1956 fridge :( The coffee maker is an electric percolator. The bathroom is small We care about the environment, so instead of paper towels we provide cup towels to dry your hands with :)

House Rules

All guests must sign the waiver sent with check-in information before arrival. Do not drive on the grass. Park in front of the Silver Starfish. Maximum 3 guests. We allow alterations to reservations five days before the reservation date or earlier. Quiet time is from 9 PM to 8 AM, so please keep it to a low roar—no loud music at any time of the day or night. Put the lid back on the hot tub, or it will get cold :( Cleaning: Please wash dishes and take out the trash before check-out. Extra fees might apply if the place is excessively dirty. Pool/ Hot tub rules: An adult must supervise all children in the pool/ hot tub area—no Diving or jumping from the deck. No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents. Pool Hours: 9 AM to dusk. We care about your children, so please watch them closely. It only takes a few seconds for an accident to happen. Only well-behaved pets can be brought onto the property. Do not tie pets up or leave them unattended outside. You must be 21 or older to book. You acknowledge that you will respond to my message the morning after check-in with any trip-related issues and give us a chance to rectify the problem right then; we do not accept requests for money for trip-related issues after you check out; it's simple if you have a problem let our staff fix it for you :) Smoking is permitted outside only. 200$ per day smoking fee for smoking indoors. Fees: 50$ late check-out fee. 25$ lost key price. Guest Liability Policy: Guests agree to assume full responsibility for any damage to property, including furniture and accessories. Accidental Injury Policy: Guests assume the risk of accidents or personal injuries during their stay and use of the Pool, Hot Tub, paddle boards, kayaks, and Boogie Boards, accidental or otherwise, and will not hold the host, owners or managers liable. You agree to cancel or alter your reservation and leave early if a hurricane threatens the safety of guests. Thank you for being an excellent guest :)
