Just steps away from the swimming pool and Hot Tub! Treat yourself :) The 1972 AVION RV is VINTAGE VACAY. She has traveled the US but now her home is in the beach town of Rockport Texas and she is ready to show you a great time, Relax and enjoy. Two twin beds in the bedroom. Adventure seekers looking for a blast from the past will LOVE this "GLAMPING" experience :) Located in a micro resort. All well-behaved pets are welcome here.

Good to know

The location is just outside of the hustle and bustle of town and only a few minutes to Rockport Beach and the heritage district. There is an HEB grocery store a few miles up the road. 21 miles to the Ferry Landing in Port Aransas * No single-use plastic ie Shampoo and Conditioner or paper towels provided, we are committed to the 4 Ocean movement :)

House Rules

All guests must sign our waiver before arrival; two guests maximum. Park in front of the place, but please do not drive on the grass anywhere else. We allow alterations to reservations 5 days before the reservation date or earlier. All guests must sign our waiver before arrival; two guests maximum. Quiet time is from 9 PM to 8 AM, so please keep it to a low roar. No loud music at any time of the day or night. No dogs in the pool area; replace the lid on the hot tub when done, or it will get cold :( Cleaning: Please wash dishes and take out the trash before checking out. Extra fees might apply if the place is excessively dirty. Pool/ Hot tub rules: All children must be supervised by an adult while in the pool/ hot tub area. No Diving or jumping from the deck. No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents. Pool Hours: 9 AM to dusk. We care about your children, so please keep a close watch on them; it only takes a few seconds for an accident to happen. Only well-behaved pets can be brought onto the property. Do not tie pets up or leave them unattended outside. Must be 21 or older to book. You acknowledge that you will respond to my message the morning after check-in with any trip-related issues and give us a chance to rectify the problem right then; we do not accept requests for money for trip-related issues after you check out; it's simple if you have a problem let our staff fix it for you :) Smoking is permitted outside only. $200 per day smoking fee for smoking indoors. Fees: $50 late check-out fee. $25 lost key price. Maximum 2 guests. Guest Liability Policy: Guests agree to assume full responsibility for any damage to property, including furniture and accessories. Accidental Injury Policy: Guests assume the risk of accidents or personal injuries during their stay and use of the Pool, Hot Tub, accidental or otherwise, and will not hold the host, owners, or managers liable. You agree to cancel your reservation or alter your reservation and leave early in the event of a Hurricane that would threaten the safety of guests. Thank you for being an awesome guest :)

Neighborhood

The Rockport beach features shallow swim areas, shade palapas, picnic tables, bathrooms and showers. Search for pretty shells and watch the hermit crabs scamper around. While your in the area check out Goose Island State park, The Big Tree, Tule Hike and Bike Trail, or the Fulton Mansion. Hoot's is a drive through barbecue shop just across the street from your quarters, I recommend the potato topped with brisket.
